Asociația Tomorrow Hub
Founded in 2023 by students and a professor from the University of Transylvania, Tomorrow Hub empowers youth (18-35) through programs in digitalization, sustainability, entrepreneurship, democracy, and the arts.
Key Staff & Expertise:
- Istvan-Laurentiu Dobra (President): Entrepreneur with ventures generating over $700,000 in revenue. Expertise in business, sustainable innovation, and national grant funding (€80,000+).
- Mihai Bacila (Tech Entrepreneur): 15+ years in software development. Co-founded startups with over $1,000,000 in revenue. Specialist in AI, NLP, and RPA solutions adopted by 10,000+ clients.
- Bogdan Deaky (Vicepresident): 20+ years as a software company founder, contracted tech lead for firms including a NASA partner. Professor at Transilvania University with a PhD in IT Applied to Mechanical Engineering.
Asociația Change Horizon
A non-profit focused on promoting innovation, sustainability, and youth empowerment by equipping the younger generation with skills in digitalization, entrepreneurship, and cultural preservation.
Key Staff & Expertise:
- Mihai Bacila (President): Tech entrepreneur with an education from Babeș-Bolyai University and a specialization from the Wharton Business School. Angel investor and manager of multi-million dollar R&D projects.
- Mariana Bacila: Extensive background in public service, including Deputy Executive Director and Public Auditor at labor and social protection agencies.
- Marius-Corneliu Bacila: Retired IT Specialist with over 20 years of experience as a software engineer and IT infrastructure specialist for the Romanian judicial system.
