Empowering the Next Generation

Tomorrow Hub is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth in Romania through a values-driven approach. We foster active citizenship and preserve cultural heritage by equipping young people with the tools to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

Our Mission

Bridging Opportunity Gaps

Founded in 2023 by a coalition of students and a professor from the University of Transylvania, our mission is to cultivate a brighter future for individuals aged 18–35. We achieve this through programs focused on critical fields such as digitalization, innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, democracy, diversity, and the arts. By integrating participants into these skill-building initiatives, we enable them to drive meaningful change in their communities and professional spheres.

Proven Expertise

Though newly established, our team has successfully implemented over 25 Erasmus+ projects, showcasing our ability to deliver impactful outcomes.

Google Partnership

We have been awarded $10,000 USD per month in ad credits to support our project activities, dissemination, and capacity-building initiatives.

Co-founder & President

President and legal representative of Tomorrow Hub. BEng in Engineering and Business Administration (Transilvania University). Founded an e-commerce venture at 21, then co-founded a software startup with $700,000+ cumulative revenue and a 75% profit margin, active globally. Investor in technology, e-commerce and manufacturing. Secured €80,000+ via Start-Up Nation Romania. Founder of Stealth Plugins (15+ production plugins) and CEO/lead architect of Wallu.ai. Erasmus+ group leader across Germany, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece and Malta; mentored by Cristian Onetiu (Forbes Top 500, Romania). He builds educational programmes in Romania.

Co-founder & Vice President

Vice-President and lecturer at Transilvania University. 20+ years as technical architect and automation strategist for clients including DHL, Renault/Nissan, AR-Experts GmbH and US startups. Deputy CTO experience building greenfield AR platforms for industrial work instructions; full-stack engineer for a Dutch company collaborating with NASA. Built museum AR/VR installations including the TimeWalk metaverse and a 3D car configurator. Works across Python, Azure AI, Node.js, Unity and Three.js. Mentor in cybersecurity and AI; leads Tomorrow Hub workshops, free educational content and mini-apps for youth. He teaches applied AI locally.

Technology Officer

Technology Officer with 15+ years in software development and 9 years as an entrepreneur (first venture at 19). Co-founded tech companies with $1,000,000+ cumulative revenue and global operations. Built RPA solutions used by 15,000+ clients worldwide. Invented a flexible circuit-based skin patch for chronic pain and built hybrid anaphora-resolution models for Romanian NLP. Development Manager coordinating publicly-funded projects; angel investor on multimillion R&D work. BSc Computer Science and MSc Applied Computational Intelligence (Babes-Bolyai); Wharton entrepreneurship specialisation. He scales deep-tech ventures across Europe.

Sports Development Director

Sports Development Director and professional footballer with international playing experience across Spain, Bahrain, Romania and Belarus. Developed through the Spanish football system, including training at Real Madrid's Valdebebas facilities and progressing through one of Barcelona's leading youth academies. Brings extensive experience in elite football, youth development and international sports programmes to Tomorrow Hub. Designs and leads sport-based initiatives that promote leadership, resilience, education and social inclusion for young people with fewer opportunities in Romania and abroad. He expands grassroots sports access.
